2020 MUSE Inspire Conference Cancelled

It is with sadness that we announce the cancellation of the 2020 MUSE Inspire Conference due to the implications of the COVID-19 virus. While disappointed, we determined the time to make this decision was now, rather than closer to our May in-person event. Given our concerns for our members, volunteers, and partners, we believe it is the right decision based on information from various public health agencies.

MUSE has staged its annual conference for 37 consecutive years, providing networking and educational opportunities to thousands of users.

Will the conference be staged later this year?

No, but we are actively investigating how we can deliver the exceptional education, knowledge sharing, and networking opportunities offered at the conference in an online format. The confirmed conference presenters will be contacted to determine their availability. Watch for future announcements on this subject.

Additionally, MUSE will focus its resources into planning future Community Peer Group events, the Executive Institute (January 2021), and the 2021 MUSE Inspire Conference (May 2021 in Denver).

What is the refund policy?

  • MUSE will refund 100% of the registration fee, less a $25 processing fee.
  • For exhibitors, MUSE will also refund 100% of the booth fee, less a $25 processing fee.

There is no need to contact MUSE to request a refund. We will automatically issue the refunds. Your patience is appreciated.
